I’m Louise, and I’m endlessly curious about human behaviour. This has driven my entire working career, focussing on developing our ‘human potential’ through transformational coaching, mentoring and facilitation.

I love helping people expand their thinking and learn behaviours that improve their performance and get the best out of others. And I do it in an authentic and practical way that focuses on having clear, caring conversations, and throwing the corporate jargon out of the window (or back where it belongs in the Annual Report).
I have a background in Leadership and Development. And have extensive experience coaching and facilitating behaviour change in organisations such as Westpac Group, Credit Union Australia, Incitec Pivot, Pacific National, Nike, QBANK, MOVE Bank, WesCEF, Woodside, Honda Australia, CHANEL, and The Estee Lauder Group.
I bring creativity, innovation and energy to my work, and my humorous and down-to-earth approach helps people tap into their wisdom and brilliance.
The skills they learn and the tools they are given help them in all areas of their lives. Leadership training doesn’t have to be cheesy; it has to be human for real day-to-day human situations.
I have a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of South Australia and am also a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Accelerated Learning. I’m accredited in DiSC behavioural profiling, LSI 360 Feedback tool, and Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training.
My life outside of work is spent with my three children, husband and our two dogs Winston and Pinot in Melbourne. I love Crossfit, and my current goal is to achieve an unassisted pull-up (my version of a Gold Medal). Every day I’m making micro improvements, getting a little bit stronger and fitter with each session. I know I’ll get there one day!
